What to do next if I would like counselling.
Deciding to come for counselling can be a difficult step to take, particularly if therapy is new to you.
Making that first appointment can, in itself, bring many anxieties.
I offer a safe and confidential counselling service, and will welcome you into a warm and empathic relationship with myself within which we will be able to form a bond of trust and a therapeutic alliance to enable you to begin to unravel whatever it is you bring.

Costs
Initial Consultation – Free of Charge
Your initial consultation (approx. half an hour) is your opportunity to meet me and also for us to discuss what you wish to achieve through the counselling process; At this time we can discuss arrangements and book your first appointment.
Individual Sessions
£25 per counselling session.
Booked in block
£100 for 5 sessions.
I believe that counselling should be easily accessible at the time it is needed, with this in mind I may offer concessions by individual negotiation, but also bearing in mind that I have to meet costs for my supervision, insurance and professional membership.
